We manufacture lead screws using a unique thread-rolling process. Thread rolling is a cold forming process that combines sufficient accuracy and superior surface finish with high strength. The roll forming process provides a cost effective alternative to traditionally cut or ground thread products. Our modular tooling, made in-house, gives us the flexibility to rapidly provide you with the correct thread configured for your application. We manufacture a wide variety of thread forms including "V" type, Metric, multiple-start Acme, Ball and Customs. Single and multiple-start Acme threads are available from 3/16 to 5/8", Standard 2A & 3A threads from #4 to 5/8" and Metrics. Turn-Key Lead screw Assemblies
