Anti-Backlash Lead Nuts

Anti Backlash style drive nuts in multiple sizes to accommodate leadscrew sizes up to 3/4 inches in diameter. The low friction polymer leadnuts are made from an acetal and teflon matrix called Turcite X™.

Our drive nuts are designed for use with our precision rolled leadscrews

  • Due to the material composition of Turcite X™, leadnuts can expand and contract when exposed to temperature variations.
  • Loads and Torque ratings assume axial loads
  • Dynamic loads should not exceed 20% of static load ratings
  • Always allow extra torque to handle additional system friction
  • Always use proper lubrication if required
  • Compatible with optional mounting flanges
